24 Emerging Community and Business Leaders Will Help Shape the Future of the Region’s Transportation System
The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber announced the inaugural cohort of 24 individuals participating in Next Gen, a group of emerging community and business leaders who will guide and support the Chamber’s transportation work.
Next Gen will help lead the work of The Connected Region, established by the Cincinnati Chamber in 2016, which is focused on developing a transportation system that connects people to jobs, education, health care, and all that our region has to offer.
“As we shape the future of transportation in our region, it’s critical that we engage the next generation of leaders,” said Pete Metz, Director of the Connected Region at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. “These 24 leaders will help lead the way in improving mobility and access across the region. ”

Developing a transportation system that connects people to jobs, education, health care and all that our region has to offer.
At the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, we’ve spent the last five years engaging with our community, studying the data, and traveling to cities across the country to understand what it will take to create a transportation system that helps businesses grow, attracts talent to our region, and provides people with access to opportunity.
